What are your shipping details?

All orders ship directly from our Los Angeles studio via USPS, UPS, or FedEx within 3 to 5 business days. During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, please allow up to 7 business days. Free shipping on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a minimum of $8, weight dependent. We currently ship within the U.S. only. For international inquiries, reach us at sales@dehvcandleco.com.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email you provided at checkout. If you haven't received your tracking information, please reach out through our contact form.

Is there sales tax for California orders?

Yes. A 7.25% sales tax applies to all orders shipped within California.

Do you offer bulk or corporate pricing?

We do. DEHV candles are a popular choice for corporate gifting, brand activations, and special events. Reach out through our contact form with your quantity and timeline and we'll take it from there.

Do you offer custom or private label candles?

Yes. We offer custom, private label, white label, and full brand collaborations. Fill out the DEHV x YOU form to get started and tell us about your project.

Will your scent line-up ever change?

Our signature collection is always available. Seasonally, we introduce limited scents and occasionally launch entirely new collections. Have a scent you'd love to see us interpret? Let us know!

What waxes do you use?

Our Concrete Collection is made with 100% non-GMO certified soy wax. Our Woods Collection uses a luxury soy and coconut wax blend, chosen for its superior adhesion in glass vessels and enhanced scent throw. Both are naturally derived, biodegradable, and free of toxins, carcinogens, and pollutants.

Are your fragrances phthalate free?

Yes. Every DEHV fragrance blend is 100% phthalate-free and fully compliant with IFRA standards, the international benchmark for fragrance safety.

How is the scent throw?

Strong enough to fill a room, balanced enough to never feel overwhelming. Our soy-based wax binds beautifully with fragrance, delivering a consistent, even scent throw from first burn to last.

What size are the concrete vessels?

Our proprietary concrete jars measure 3.5 inches tall and 3.25 inches wide and hold 11oz of wax. With proper care, each candle burns up to 50 hours.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love what you ordered. If the scent isn't the right fit, reach out to orders@dehvcandleco.com within one week of delivery with your order number and a brief note. We'll send a return label, and once the candle is back with us, we'll issue a full refund or store credit — your choice.

What if I receive my candle and it is defective or ruined during shipping?

If your candle arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at orders@dehvcandleco.com. Include photos and your order number so we can assist you and submit a claim if necessary.
